Troubleshooting Downloads

If something isn't working, try these quick fixes first.

Quick steps

  1. Refresh the page and try again.
  2. Use a different browser if a download doesn't start.
  3. Check your Downloads folder for the file.

Buttons not working

  • Disable ad blockers or privacy extensions for the download page.
  • Try another browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge).

PDF won't open

  • Update your PDF viewer app.
  • Re-download the file in case it was interrupted.

MP3 won't play

  • Try another audio app or browser.
  • Check that the download fully finished.

Printing issues

  • Confirm paper size and 100% scale.
  • Try the printer's "high quality" mode for clearer lines.
